Reimagine Your Role. Renew Your Practice. Root in Embodiment.

In a world shaped by urgency, disconnection, and exhaustion, many of us are seeking a new way to show up — as professionals, as humans, as agents of change.

The Contemplative Professional is a transformational 10-week journey that blends contemplative practice, anti-oppressive pedagogy, and embodied awareness into a meaningful and regenerative approach to professional life.

Whether you are an educator, therapist, coach, spiritual director, or social impact leader, this program invites you to slow down, reconnect with your purpose, and step into your work with greater clarity, courage, and compassion.
